Exceller accepts returns within 14 days after receiving the order.
To request your return, please send an e-mail to info@excellerthebrand.com
Make sure you inform us which items you would like to return and your order number.
Return shipping has to be arranged by the customer, also return costs are on customer's expense.
*All items can be returned, except for earrings due to hygienic measures.
After the return has been received and confirmed, refund will be send within 10 working days.
All items should be returned unused, in original condition and with original packaging.
In case you received a damaged item, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible.
